Australian Lycra

All Australian lycras used meet the same exacting standards they vary in composition, this includes the textured micro cord range of fabrics.

80% nylon 20% lycra

Sunpaque lycra is a revolutionary new fabric that features a high density ceramic in the core of the polyester filament, resulting in Sunpaque garments that are not see-through and which also offer uv protection on the area covered. All white garments are manufactured from sunpaque fabric. Sunpaque is a registered trademark of Asahi Kasei Corporation.

Supplex

Supplex is a ultra soft touch fabric which is fully breathable and holds its shape longer is faster drying than cotton and is colour fast.Great for yoga wear and tracksuits It has a super fine weave which makes it up to 36% softer than ordinary nylon yarns which is great for fitness wear right through to swimwear.

Italian Lycra

The Italian lycra used is carvico. It features the prime technology formula which, thanks to the long standing partnership with invista uses the latest lycra products that are most suitable for all applications. carvico prime technology fabric has up to 4.5 times the chlorine resistance of ordinary elastane. All dies used achieve the highest colour fastness values whilst meeting the OKO tex standard 100. lycra is a registered trademark of invista for premium stretch fibres and fabrics.
