Bated breath has very high standards and practices in all aspects of our swimwear manufacturing, and customer service and satisfaction is extremely important to us.

In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase please return the items in new condition with tags attached and original packaging, we will be happy to provide an exchange or refund.

How to make a Return or Exchange

With each order you will notice an enclosed returns form for your convenience. If for any reason this form is mislaid or missing from the order you can download a copy from here. Please ensure this form is fully completed so processing your return or exchange will be as quick and efficient as possible. Bated breath is happy to accept items for return or exchange up to 30 days after the original dispatch date.

Goods may be returned by Australia post and we recommend that your article is registered or insured as we cannot take responsibility for items that do not reach us. Please keep a record of registration/insurance until you are satisfied that the goods have been received by us.

If your exchange price is above the original purchase order price, please provide your credit card details, as we use a secure-real time third party card clearing service and we do not see your credit card details from the original sale.

Returns and exchanges should be received within 14 days from dispatch date for Australian customers and 45 days for international customers. Exchanged items will be sent to Australian customers via registered post or airmail to international customers.

Faulty Garment

In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty garment Bated breath is happy to replace or refund any garment deemed to be at fault by fabric flaw or manufacturing. Garments which have been purposely tampered with will not qualify for an exchange or refund. Please wash any worn items before returning them,if you specify a refund we will refund the full price that you paid and the return postage charges.

Please allow 14 days for us to receive your return items and process your request for Australian customers and 45 days for international customers.

Out going postage will not be charged on your first return/exchange,but you must return the goods to us. Exchanges requested by international courier for overseas customers will incur an extra fee of AUD$15.00 which is the difference between courier charge and airmail to your location.

Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
